Group Yoga Classes
Group classes are taught inline with classical Hatha Yoga traditions. We begin with grounding practices to settle into the space and tune inward, guided Pranayama (breath work), mindful movements and flows between various Asanas (postures), and meditation, always ending with a well-deserved Savasana.
In public group classes poses are introduced with options for all levels and abilities, allowing you to learn and advance at your own pace.
Day-to-day our bodies require different levels of care, so each practice should be met with the same flexibility, offering you the freedom to choose your personal balance of Sukha (ease, grace, and joy) and Sthira (effort, strength, and stability) throughout.
Outdoor classes are offered seasonally in the Coquitlam and Port Moody area, as a way to reconnect with nature, practice as a community, and move in a mindful way.

Drop-In Rates: Sliding scale cost per class of $8-$18/per person
Payable before or directly following class here: Class Registration
No one will be turned away for lack of funds if joining a public group class that is already scheduled.
